Abstract
This Regulation sets the terms and minimum conditions for granting of the financial assistance made under the measure 3.3 "Investments in reconstruction and modernization of fishing harbors, quay landing sites and shelters" (under priority 3 "Measures of common interest") of the Operational Programme for Development of the sector "Fisheries” 2007-2013 of the Republic of Bulgaria, and directly funded by the European Fisheries Fund.
The rules stipulated by this Regulation are also in accordance with the provisions of the: Council Regulation (EC) № 1198/2006 of 27 July 2006 on the European Fisheries Fund; and Regulation (EC ) № 498/2007 of 26 March 2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of the Council Regulation (EC) № 1198/2006.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
