Abstract
This Regulation establishes the legal base for the correct and effective implementation of the measure 213 of the "Natura 2000 payments and payments linked to Directive 2000/60/EC for agricultural land", also confirmed by the Programme for Rural Development for the period 2007-2013 (provisions regarding the support for farmers).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
