Regulation on the terms and conditions for submitting applications under schemes and measures for direct payments.

This Regulation determines the necessary administrative provisions governing the conditions for the correct submitting of the request for direct payments that are considered as help/aid/subsidy for farmers/agricultural land workers (under the schemes and measures of the Common agricultural policy, also denominated as CAP).
The rules stipulated by this Regulation are also related to the subsidies for the following issues: national additional payments for tobacco; national additional payments for animal production/reproduction; specific support for farmers; growing/cultivation of fresh strawberries and raspberries for processing; payments for farmers that have environmental constraints in mountain areas; payments for farmers working in areas with handicaps other than mountain areas; Natura 2000 payments for agricultural land tenure.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
