Regulation on the terms and procedure for development and approval of management plans for protected areas.

This Regulation provides for necessary requirements and procedures to be respected when approving and/or validating what here is called as plan for management of protected areas, that is also regulated by the Law on biodiversity.
Management plans shall be developed for all protected areas present on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, and they are meant for: protected natural landscapes, natural habitats, populations of animal species; plants if subject to conservation regime; bird species and their habitats; preventive actions aimed to avoid predictable negative effects.
