Regulation on the terms and procedures for the placing of biocides on the market.

This Regulation provides for terms and procedures for placing biocides on the market, for obtaining permits for placing biocidal products on the market and for packaging and labelling requirements. It further determines the forms and contents of the technical dossiers and the documents which the applicant should submit in order to have a permit granted or a registration and the forms and contents of the permits.
