Abstract
This Regulation determines the conditions and the order for restoration of the ownership over the forests and the lands from the forest fund, the rights and obligations of the state and municipal bodies and the requirements aimed for natural and legal persons or owners of forests and lands that are part of the national forest fund.
The right of ownership over the forests and lands, included in the state forest fund, shall be restored, according to the normative acts, as indicated in article 2 (paragraph 1) of the Bulgarian Law on the restoration of ownership of forests and forest fund. The right of ownership over forests and lands excluded from the state forest fund by virtue of decrees and acts of the Council of Ministers, the State Council and the Presidium of the National Assembly and handed over for use to cooperatives, and other agricultural enterprises formed on their basis is restored (see article 3 for additional rules).
