Strategy for digitalization of agriculture and rural areas of the Republic of Bulgaria until 2027.

This Bulgarian Strategy for digitalization of agriculture and rural areas of the Republic of Bulgaria until programmed until the year 2027 determines the planned set of actions aimed at digitization of Bulgarian agriculture and related services in rural areas, including issues regarding public administration and responsibilities of Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry (MAFH), the State Fund "Agriculture", the regional and municipal directorates and services. These planned measure are necessary steps in a process aimed to reduce the bureaucratic burden, optimization of production processes, increase of farmers' incomes and yields, achievement of a sustainable bio-industry, maintenance of food safety in conditions of increased industrialization and new unestablished technologies, drastic increase in competitiveness and increased demand for Bulgarian production in the single European and on world markets.
