Updated National Strategy for Sustainable Development of Tourism in the Republic of Bulgaria 2014-2030.

This Bulgarian National strategy for the development of the mining industry aims at the sustainable development of the mining industry by ensuring a balanced economically, socially and environmentally responsible approach to the exploration, extraction and processing of underground resources in the Republic of Bulgaria. Achieving this goal requires creating a transparent regulatory and fiscal environment, as well as an accessible and efficient institutional environment. The implementation of the strategic goals of the National Strategy will ensure: Stable investment environment for the industry; The creation and implementation of targeted long-term programs for exploration, extraction and processing of underground resources; An effective system for control of exploration, extraction and processing of underground resources; Prevention of illegal mining; Effective service and regulation of activities in the industry by well-trained and well-resourced personnel.
