Abstract
This Agreement is composed of 7 articles. Articles 1 to 5 define fields of cooperation between two Parties, in particular: agriculture and animal and fish wealth; environment, tourism and culture; petroleum, minerals and energy; trade and industry; public works and housing; public health; scientific research; transfer of capitals between the Parties; importation and exportation of agricultural, industrial, animal and natural products between tow Countries; exchange of experts and specialists between both Parties; and, the participation in international expositions and exhibitions. Article 6 decrees the establishment of the joint Committee for the development of relationship between two Countries and the implementation of agreements.
