Abstract
This Decree Law adds the following paragraph to article 110 of the Sea Law issued by the Decree Law No. 23 of 1982:”for all that, sailors may leave the ship at the first port reached after the end of a fixed-term contract if so requested in writing which mean the end of the contract”.
