Decree Law No. 65 of 2014 amending some provisions of Legislative Decree No.10 of 1990 concerning the control on pearls and precious stones.

This Legislative Decree consisting of 3 articles states that the Ministry of Commerce and Agriculture can issue certificates to companies with license according to Law provisions to examine pearls and stones of value and jewellery made thereof. The companies must have quality and technical equipment to the level of international standards examine. The Decree adds sanctions for the labs that examine the pearls without a certificate and for all those (either companies or labs) working with a false certificate.
