Decree Law No.50 of 2002 for the Establishment of the Public Commission for the Protection of Marine Resources, Environment and Wildlife.

This Decree consisting of 2 articles aims at establishing the Public Commission for the Protection of Marine Resources, Environment and Wildlife. The Commission shall assume the powers of the previous ministries and bodies in regulating fishing and in the field of the exploitation and protection of marine wealth, environment and wildlife.
