Decree No. 13 of 1980 on shrimp fishing.

This Decree is composed of 5 articles: shrimp fishing shall be prohibited within the fishing ground of Bahrain until 30 June 1980 (art. 1); shrimp fishing may be allowed by a licence issued by the Minister of Commerce and Agriculture in the area between Umm Jalid and Ras Ghamis (art. 2); violation of article 1 and fishing without a licence will be punished by article 103 of the Law of Penalities and with the confiscation of the shrimp caught (art. 3).
