Decree No. 15 of 2024 amending some provisions of Decree No. 78 of 2021 reorganizing the executive body of the Supreme Council for the Environment.

This Decree, consisting of 3 articles, amends the original by adding the Director General of Marine Resources to the restructured Executive Body of the Supreme Council for the Environment, overseeing (i) the Department of Fish Stock Protection and Development, (ii) the Department of Fish Farms, and (iii) the Department of Marine Fishing Ports. Additionally, all employees within the Marine Resources Sector of the Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture will be transferred to the Executive Body of the Supreme Council for the Environment.
