Decree No. 17 of 1981 on the registration of fishing vessel licences, the form for obtaining and renewing these licences and fees to be collected.

This Decree is composed of 8 articles and a form. the Registration Book known as Register of Fishing Vessel Licences shall be kept at the Fisheries Resources Department (art. 1). The owner of the vessel shall apply for vessel licence by the attached Form to the Fisheries Resources Department (art. 2). A charge of fifteen dinars shall be paid to the Fisheries Resources Department for obtaining the licence (art. 5). Trasgression and violation of this Decree shall be punished by Article 17 of Law No. 5 of 1981 on the regulation of fishing (art. 7).
