Abstract
The aim of this Decree is to regulate fishing in the Territorial Sea of the Hiwar Islands. The present Decree is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 decrees the ban on fishing in the Hiwar Islands' Territorial Sea. Article 2 lists the protected species of birds in the Islands. Article 3 allows the use of traditional fishing methods only in the aforementioned Islands. Article 4 contains offences and penalties.
