Abstract
This Decree is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the Board of Directors of the General Institution of Marine Ports in accordance with Law No. 61 of 2006 concerning the establishment of the General Institution of Marine Ports. Article 2 charges the Minister of Finance to implement this Decree.
