Decree No.41 of 2002 concerning the organization of the Public Commission for the Protection of Marine Resources, Environment and Wildlife.

This Decree consisting of 10 articles aims at organizing the Public Commission for the Protection of Marine Resources, Environment and Wildlife in: 1.administrative units, 2.powers of the President, 3.Board of Directors.
1.Administrative Units of the Commission are: marine wealth; environmental affairs; wildlife affairs; and financial and management.
2.Main powers of the President are: organizing, proposing and monitoring the work of the Board of Directors.
3.Board of Directors: is the supreme authority of the Commission, responsible for proposing its policy and taking the necessary decisions to achieve its purposes.
