Law No. 5 of 2026 amending clause 13 of Article 3 of Law No. 5 of 2021 concerning the Regulation and Control of International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Animal and Plant Groups.

This Law, comprising 2carticles, amends the original text by revising Clause 13 of Article 3, concerning the Council’s functions in regulating and monitoring the trade of endangered species, to replace the reference to Appendix 3 with a broader provision allowing the addition or removal of any species listed in the appendices of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES).
