Law No.13 of 2013 with respect to promulgating the Property Registration Law.

This Law consisting of 60 articles provides for land survey and property registration. The Bureau Registration Land and Survey is the principal authority for all property surveys in the Kingdom including the maintenance and updating of the property database, and shall issue property survey certificates. The Law Sections are entitled as follows (1) property survey; (2) property registration; (3) fees; and (4) penalties.
