Abstract
This Order aims at the protection of the public health and the control of environment pollution by establishing an appropriate control system for the storage, transportation, treatment and disposal of used oil. The present Order is composed of 7 Chapters divided into 31 articles. Chapter 1 deals with terms and definitions. Chapter 2 defines the purposes and scope of the Order. Chapters 3 and 4 pertain to the liability of used oil producers and carriers. Chapter 5 provides for the Used Oil Treatment Unit. Chapter 6 deals with import and export of used oil. Chapter 7 contains general provisions.
