Resolution of the Minister of Works, Electricity and Water No.3 of 1985 regarding the tariff consumption for desalination water.

This Resolution consisting of 6 articles aims at establishing a municipal water tariff for consumption of desalination water starting from the 1st of April 1985 divided into two categories (1) domestic consumption, and (2) non-domestic consumption. Article 2 states that the following institutions are treated on the basis of domestic consumption if their monthly consumption does not exceed 450 cubic meters for each unit separately (i) schools; (ii) hospitals and health centers; (iii) places of worship; (iv) charities; (v) clubs; (vi) public parks; and (vii) agricultural farms.
