Abstract
The purpose of this Resolution is to regulate and control all activities especially construction and filling up operations of lands covered with marine water in the Tubly Gulf being a protected area. This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Articles 1 and 2 ban the construction and filling up operations in the natural protected zone of Tubly Gulf. Article 5 contains offences and penalties.
