Abstract
This Resolution aims at regulating the use and supply of water by owners of artesian wells. The present Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 imposes upon all owners of artesian wells the installation of water counters on their wells by the Agriculture Department at the Ministry of Trade and Agriculture at expenses of the State. Article 2 specifies offences and penalties provided for in Legislative Decree No. 12 of 1980 regulating the use of groundwater. Article 3 entrusts the Head of Agriculture with the implementation of this Resolution.
