Resolution No. 100 of 2023 banning the import of some types of predatory and dangerous animals.

This Resolution consisting of 2 articles establishes that the import of dangerous and predatory animals listed in Tables (A) and (B) attached to it is prohibited, except for security and military agencies. However, zoos, circuses, wildlife parks, scientific research institutions, and similar entities may be granted exceptions to import these animals if they obtain approval from the relevant animal import authority within the Ministry of Municipalities and Agriculture Affairs.
