Resolution No. 115 of 2024 regulating the import, trade and use of veterinary preparations in the poultry and food-producing animals sector.

This Resolution consisting of 6 articles and 2 Annexes aims to prohibit the import, trade and use of veterinary preparations (antibiotics and growth-promoting antibacterials) in the poultry and food-producing animals sector, as listed in the Annex 1. The trade and use of veterinary products listed in Annex 2 in the poultry and food-producing animal sectors shall be subject to the specified restrictions and regulations and may only be dispensed with a prescription written by a licensed veterinarian. Futhermore, a special record shall be kept in the veterinary pharmacy for the aforementioned veterinary products.
