Resolution No. 12 of 2005 concerning temporary licences for amateur fishermen.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate marine fishing. The present Resolution is composed of 9 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 provides for the establishment of the Register for Amateur Fishing Vessel Licences. Articles 2 and 3 deal with the applications for the aforementioned licences. Article 5 prohibits the presence on board of vessels of any instrument or equipment used for commercial fishing. Articles 7 and 8 provide for the revocation of licences and claim procedures. Annex I contains the Licence application form.
