Resolution No. 13 of 2015 banning shrimps fishing or hunting or trading or selling.

Purpose of this Law, consisting of 4 articles, is to protect the marine resources by banning fishing, hunting or trading shrimps in the territorial waters of Bahrain from 15 March to 15 Septembre 2015. In the same period, it is also prohibited selling or marketing fresh crabs. Will be punished as well the existence of nets or tools or machines or any way for shrimps catching on the boats appeared in the specific areas for shrimp fishing. Penalties for violations are provided by Decree-Law No. 20 of 2002.
