Resolution No. 14 of 1981 regulating the registration of licences for the erection of fishing barriers.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the issuance and registration of licences for the erection of fishing barriers. This Resolution is composed of 8 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the Barrier Licence Register at the Fish Wealth Department. Articles 2-4 deal with the procedures for the presentation of applications for the aforementioned purposes. Article 5 specifies the fees for the issuance and renewal of licences. Article 6 gives to the owners of existing barriers 2 months from the date of entry into force of this Resolution to settle their situation. Article 8 contains offences and penalties. Annex I contains the application form.
