Resolution No. 15 of 2005 on procedures for obtaining or renewing fishing licences.

This Resolution lays down procedures for the obtainment or renewal of fishing licences. The present Resolution is composed of 9 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 provides for the creation of the Register for Fishing Vessel Licences at the General Department for Marine Wealth. Articles 2-6 deal with: licence’s application; competent authorities; and validity of licences. Article 7 gives vessel owners 2 months for obtaining a fishing licence as of the date of entry into force of this Resolution. Article 8 contains offences and penalties. Annex I contains the fishing licence application form.
