Resolution No. 17 of 1981 regulating the registration of fishing vessel licences, licence forms, and licence's renewal and fees.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate fishing. The present Resolution is composed of 8 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the Vessel Fishing Licence Register. Articles 2-4 deal with licence’s applications, the Competent Authority granting licences, and procedures for the registration. Article 5 defines licence fees. Article 6 gives vessel owners 2 months to settle their irregular position. Article 7 contains offences and penalties.
