Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 decrees the ban on fishing of female lobsters carrying eggs and small lobsters with back-length less than 7 centimetres. Article 2 contains offences and penalties. Article 3 entrusts the General Administration for Marine Wealth Protection to implement this Resolution.
