Resolution No. 26 of 2004 regulating the registration of cooperative unions.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the registration of cooperative unions. The present Resolution is composed of 8 articles. Article 1 lays down the requirements for the establishment of cooperative unions. Articles 2-8 deal with documents necessary for the registration including the statute, fees and publication of the registration in the Official Gazette.
