Resolution No. 28 of 2006 establishing the National Committee for Facing Disasters.

The aim of this Resolution is to be able to face any emergency and disaster. This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 decrees the establishment of the National Committee for Facing Disasters. Article 2 specifies the competencies and duties of the Committee, and in particular: to lay down plans and programmes for facing disasters; to coordinate between the competent authorities for facing disasters; to propose requirements and conditions for the realization of public safety and security; and to establish voluntary teams. Articles 3-6 contain general provisions.
