Resolution No. 29 of 2009 establishing the National Committee for Pacific Use of Nuclear Energy.

This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with the establishment and the composition of the National Committee for Pacific Use of Nuclear Energy. Article 3 decrees the establishment of a technical team with consultative and cooperative character to assist and side the Committee charged with the following competencies: proposing programmes related to the pacific nuclear technology; following and motoring the implementation of resolutions issued by regional and international organizations in the field of nuclear energy; expressing its opinion about matters related to the pacific use of nuclear energy; examination and evaluation all studies and legislations concerning technical and practical aspects of the pacific use of nuclear energy; and, proposing programmes for training and qualification of domestic specialists and cadres for activities related to the pacific use of nuclear energy.
