Resolution No. 3 of 2006 amending Resolution No. 4 of 2004 prohibiting the importation and introduction of palms from countries infected by palm date disease.

This Resolution amends article 2 of Resolution No. 4 of 2004 as follows: “it shall also be allowed to importa date palms, ornamental date palms and coconut trees after having them undergo the necessary treatments in accordance with the precautionary requirements defined by the Agricultural Quarantine Committee”.
