Resolution No. 3 of 2009 decreeing the ban on fishing, circulation and trade of shrimps.

This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article decrees the ban on fishing, circulation and trade of shrimps in the Kingdom of Bahrain from 15 March to 17 July of 2009, also prohibits the presence of nets, gear or any instrument my be used for fishing of shrimps on the board of vessels during the ban period. Article 2 prohibits the presence of fresh shrimps in markets or in public places intended for marketing, circulation and sale during the ban period. Article 3 contains offences and penalties.
