Resolution No. 4 of 2003 on requirements and conditions for the importation of organic fertilizers and soil.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation of organic fertilizers and soil. The present Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Article 1 prohibits the importation of organic fertilizers and soil without a previous licence. The applicant should submit an application to the Agricultural Quarantine Unit (art. 2). The imported organic fertilizers and soil should be accompanied by a sanitary certificate issued by the Competent Authority of the Country of Origin (art. 4).
