Abstract
This Resolution aims at regulating the existing artesian wells and swimming pools. The present Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 imposes upon all owners of artesian wells and swimming pools who use groundwater to register their wells and pools. Article 2 imposes upon owners of pools to obtain an authorization from the competent department. Article 3 entrusts the employees of the Water Sources Department with the right to inspect and control wells and pools. Article 4 contains offences and penalties.
