Resolution No. 50 of 2001 regulating the registration of cooperatives under the control of the Ministry of Work and Social Affairs.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the registration of cooperatives under the control of the Ministry of Work and Social Affairs. This Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 decrees that the registration of cooperatives under the control of the Ministry of Work and Social Affairs shall consist in the registration of their statutes at the Local Communities Development Department. Article 2 defines registration fees and taxes. Article 4 specifies the data and information to be recorded in the Register.
