Abstract
This Implementing Regulation is composed of 64 articles. Article 1 gives terms and definitions. Articles 2 to 9 deal with procedures, documents and cerificates necessary for submitting applications and registarion of patents. Article 10 to 17 pertain to requirements and prescreption of patents in particular: patent names; detailed prescreption of patents; protection elements; drawing, graphs and illustarions of patents; and, samples and analysis for patents related to chemical or food. Article 18 decrees the rejection or suspension of applications when patents are dangerous or harmful to public order, morals, good manners, environment, public health, and animal and plant health. Article 23 defines patent fees. Article 27 provides for procedures and steps for the issuance of patents. Article 61 entrusts the Department of Industrial Property at the Ministry of Industry and Trade to issue a monthly publication “Industry Property Bulletin” related patents.
