Resolution No. 6 of 2013 amending some provisions of Resolution No. 4 of 2006 on the management of hazardous chemical substances.

In the amended Resolution executive bodies of the Authority for the Hazardous Chemical Substances become the General Authority for Protection of Environment and Wildlife and its General Director.
Art. 8 provides that the license application must be accompanied by a specific technical report from laboratories accredited to the Supreme Council. Practice or work activity cannot be undertaken without written authorization.
