Resolution No. 66 of 1992 amending Resolution No. 302 of 1988 on requirements and conditions for obtaining licences for the division of lands for construction and reconstruction.

This Resolution adds the paragraph (d) to article 3 of Resolution 302 concerning requirements and conditions for obtaining licences for the division of marine lands (submerged) for construction and reconstruction as the following: (a) landowners shall apply requests to municipal authorities for a license to bury and fill up marine lands (submerged); (b) landowners after obtaining licenses must build a barrier to resist against waves; (c) the final surface of lands shall be above the level of zero-based in Bahrain, including at least 2 meters; (d) landowners shall notify the municipal authorities the completion of filling up operations; (e) the Department of Survey at the Ministry of Housing shall issue Official Survey Certificates; and (f) landowners, after the receipt of Official Survey Certificates by shall apply for the division of lands.
