Resolution No. 7 of 1984 prohibiting the introduction or importation of dogs, cats, monkeys, young chicken and hatching eggs from countries affected by rabies.

The aim of this Resolution is to protect public health and animals from diseases. This Resolution is composed of 3 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 prohibits the introduction or importation of dogs, cats and monkeys from countries affected by rabies. Article 2 prohibits the introduction or importation of one year old chicken for breeding and hatching eggs without a previous licence issued by the Agricultural Services Department at the Ministry of Trade and Agriculture. Annex I contains the list of countries affected by rabies.
