Abstract
This Resolution amends article 1 of Resolution No. 5 of 2003 establishing the Agricultural Quarantine Committee and defining its competencies concerning the composition and management of the Committee. Article 2 abrogates Resolution No. 48 of 2004 amending Resolution No. 5 of 2003 on the establishment of the Committee.
