Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 deals with the establishment and formation of the Authority for the implementation of provisions of the International Code for the Security of Ships and Port Facilities. Article 3 entrusts the aforementioned Authority with the review and assessment of ports and ships of the Kingdom of Bahrain to meet the requirements of the Code.
