Abstract
This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Article 1 prohibits amateurs of sea trips from commercial fishing by the use of traditional or artificial methods and means except fishing by the use of threads. Article 2 contains offences and penalties. Article 3 entrusts the Director-General of the General Administration for Marine Wealth Protection to implement this Resolution.
