Abstract
The aim of this Resolution is to protect public health and the environment. The present Resolution is composed of 3 articles and a List of general and special requirements for restaurants and coffee houses supplying and providing tobacco and derivatives.
Article 1 gives restaurants and coffee houses one year from the day this Resolution enters into force to settle their situation. Article 2 contains offences and penalties. Requirements and conditions for restaurants and coffeehouses to supply and provide tobacco and derivatives shall include: proper safety means and measures; possess fire fighting equipment; minimum distance between restaurants or coffee shops and public facilities; be far from pollution sources; sanitary requirements; airing and lighting requirements; water sources; and construction materials.
