Resolution No.10 of 1998 on licensing fees issued by the environment affairs apparatus, and it services.

This Resolution consisting of 15 articles and 3 Annexes aims at fixing the fees due for environmental licenses for projects, information, reports, laboratory analyzes and environmental permits for various activities. The application for a license or service shall be submitted to the competent department together with the specified documents.
The laboratory analysis fees carried out by the environment affairs body for inspecting establishments and institutions shall be on it if their results are in conformity with these national specifications and standards.
Annex 1 lists the fees for environmental licenses and authorization of activities. Annex 2 exposes the value of providing information, reports and environmental documents. In Annex 3 are indicated the costs for conducting laboratory analyzes.
