Abstract
This Regulation consists of 137 articles divided in VII Sections. Section I deals with Real estate survey procedures; Section II regards the surveying procedures for identifying real estate; Section III provides for the survey procedures for approving the sale of floors and apartments; Section IV deals with the procedures for preparing ownership documents; Section V is dedicated to title deeds and certificates; Section VI regards procedures to change and correct real estate registry data and documents; Section VII provides for general provisions.
